I think the posture of the person is key, and as Christians, we need to apply Christ's "lead-thru-serving-others" model, rather than "to-lead-is-to-have-servants".
Then, despite the arena - be it politics, business, relationships - it can become a perpetual cycle of empowerment and equity rather than a devisive pursuit of power.

The term "rich" seems to allude that the posturing has become devisive along the way somewhere.

I guess the challenge for us all is to apply this attitude in the small moments of every day, becuse the will flow onto out 'bigger pictures'

Several teachers of contempation refer to Mary as a wonderful example of the contemplative stance. Her response of fear moving quickly to accepance and joyful submission to "what is" and her faith translating that "what is" to being the will of God. No wonder the RC venerate her!

[...] I highly recommend these sessions from Steve Said about the Kingdom of God. I was present for some of these particular recordings and I’ve heard him talk on it before, good stuff. Have a listen. [...]

Hi Katy, we meet in the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne, anywhere between Rosanna and Hurstbridge. Does that help?

Hey Stephen,
I'm interested in visiting you guys as I'm looking for a faith community to be a part of. Would very much like to know roughly what area you're meeting in though (name a few suburbs?) as I'm in the Oakleigh/Hughesdale area and it may be too far away!

I stumbled across this post. I happen to have a surprisingly similar plan and I believe this once more shows God's wonderful influence upon us. God bless.

OK... for now might have to go with what i have in my head from the day we talked about them ->
righteousness/justice axis is about god's work of reconciling the world (from individual to global level) to himself
the peace/joy access is about understanding our deep connection to the big story
does that sound right?
