Well it’s gospel time again. This month, the book is the Gospel of Luke. I have used the same book mark as the one we used last year, except I have changed the monthly prayer. I want to encourage everyone to read the book through the eyes of the central figure, Jesus. Imagine what our lives would look like if we went about our day to day activities, seeking opportunity to heal and bring peace in the the same way our Lord did? We’ve now got a calendar which we will keep updated with the the basic where and when of Missio related events.
You can be kept in the loop by:
1. Checking this website
Go to the “Gatherings” Tab (on the top RHS) and click on the “here” link which will open up the calendar.
2. Checking Your Email
For all of you on the missio email list (via goggle groups), whenever something gets added, deleted or changed, an email with the new details to be sent out…. so if you start receiving email from ‘Google Calendar’, it’s not spam… it’s us showing you how much we care, but using google to do the grunt work!

Novembers book of the month is Philippians. For a long time, people have thought that it was Paul going the Jews. However, recent scholarship sheds some really good light on who he really is having a go at, and it makes so much more sense for us today!
